Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Therefore, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and we will reschedule your appointment. There is a 50% of service cancellation fee for any no-shows, reschedules or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
There will be a $30 late fee in the event that you are greater than 15 minutes late for your appointment and you may be asked to reschedule.In the event that you are sick, you will be asked to reschedule. Thank you for your consideration to Strand Salon and other clients!
No refunds for any service adjustments 7 days after service completed.
